Pre- Kindergarten Program
The Program:
Our Pre- Kindergarten program consists of challenging experiences for every student. It is a full readiness program which prepares your child for kindergarten and the elementary classroom. Our curriculum includes Reading Readiness, Early math skills, Social Studies, Computers and Science. In addition, time is scheduled for art, music, physical fitness, field trips, and playtime. We strive to teach proper behavior, school etiquette, and self- responsibility for a successful school experience.
Our Classroom Rules:

- Clean up after yourself
- Wait your turn
- Raise your hand to speak
- Take responsibilty for your own belongings
- Treat others as you wold like to be treated
A Typical Pre- Kindergarten Day:
- Reading/Language Arts- Hand eye coordination, letter names and sound writing letters, matching objects, rhyming, sight word development, and story telling.
- Math- counting, reading and writing, number quantity matching, patterns, shapes, simple addition and subtraction, money concepts.
- Science- 5 senses, electricity, weather, plans and animals.
- Social Studies- Our community, holidays and historical figures
